The idea
Instead of a form that asks a customer to describe a bag in words, the site lets them build it and see it. The quote that reaches CarryPlus already shows exactly what the customer wants.

Every choice updates the picture of the bag as you go, so you are always looking at the thing you are about to ask for.
A quote that carries the picture
When the design is ready, the finished quote is sent to WhatsApp with the picture of the bag attached. CarryPlus see the design, not a description of it.
What changed
